Abstract:

This research paper presents my comparative analysis of the mythological systems of the Gagauz and Turks, in which I identify common features and specific characteristics of folk traditions. My work combines elements of folklore studies, Turkology, and cultural anthropology, based on the analysis of oral narratives and archival materials.
